From tiny seedlings, our trees are lovingly grown, nurtured, and cultivated with expert care to ensure they develop the lush fullness, vibrant colour, and classic conical shape that makes a Christmas tree truly special.

Each tree is hand shaped and maintained throughout its growth, ensuring it matures into a stunning 6ft centrepiece ready to bring festive joy to Sydney homes. This long and careful growing process is what sets our trees apart: real, fresh, and full of the Christmas spirit.
Harvest Method

Harvesting & Freshness
From the moment you place your order, we begin a careful, personalised process to ensure your Christmas tree arrives fresh, lush, and full of holiday spirit. Unlike mass retailers, we never pre-cut or store trees. Your tree is only harvested after your order is placed, guaranteeing peak freshness. Once cut, it's placed in water immediately, misted every 6 hours, and stored in a cool, shaded shed to preserve its vibrant colour, scent, and shape.

Handled With Care
Every tree is gently handled and protected during transport to avoid damage, and deliveries are scheduled with care — typically within 48 hours. Whether you're home or not, we ensure a safe, thoughtful delivery. And if you're lucky enough to be there, Sydney Santa himself might just show up to spread a little extra festive magic!
Delivery Process

From the moment you place your order, we begin a careful, personalized process to ensure your Christmas tree arrives fresh, beautiful, and full of holiday joy.

  1. Personalised Scheduling
    Once you enter your delivery address and place your order, you’ll receive a warm, personalised message from us confirming your purchase. We’ll then schedule your delivery (usually within 48 hours), and let you know exactly when your tree will arrive.
  2. Freshly Cut, Never Stored
    Unlike mass retailers, we only cut your tree after your order is placed. This guarantees peak freshness. After cutting, your tree is immediately placed in water, with the water refreshed every 12 hours. We also gently spray the leaves every 6 hours and keep the tree in a cool, shaded shed to preserve its vibrant color and scent.
  3. Handled With Care
    We take transportation seriously. Every tree is carefully moved, protected, and supported during transit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — no crushed branches or damaged needles.
  4. Thoughtful, Flexible Delivery
    The day before delivery, we’ll send you a confirmation message so you know we’re on our way. If you’re not home, we’ll place your tree in a shaded, hidden spot on your property and securely tie the trunk with zip ties. We’ll also snap a photo and send you a message confirming safe delivery.
  5. A Magical Experience (If You're Home!)
    If you're home at the time of delivery, you're in for a treat! Sydney Santa himself will arrive to hand deliver and install your tree right where you want it, spreading a little extra magic and cheer.
